Study of some biochemical and hematological parameters in continuously hemodialysis patients in Kirkuk city

Introduction: The severity of chronic renal failure (CRF) classified by professional guidelines in five stages, stage 5 is a severe illness often called end kidney or disease (ESRD), dialysis may be used for this stage. Dialysis treatments replace some these functions through diffusion (waste removal) and ultrafiltration (fluid removal).  Materials Methods: samples study consists 80 patients (42 males, 38 females) 85 healthy individuals (43 42 from (20 - 70) years old age. Serum paraoxonase-1 (PON1), `5-nucleatidase, blood urea ( BU), serum creatinine Cr, iron (Fe), total binding capacity (TIBC), feritin, amylase activity lipase were determined. Some hematological parameters includes packed cell volume (PCV), hemoglobin (Hb), white cells count (WBCs), red (RBCs) measured, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), Body mass index (BMI) clearance Ccl also measured.
 Results: Decreased levels enzymes biochemical increased others continuous regular hemodialysis Kirkuk city. Blood showed significant (P˂0.05) their levels, while was significantly decreased with compared to those controls.
